- Coordinate and deliver technical training programs.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and learning content.
- Conduct onboarding and technical training sessions.
- Coach and mentor QA/QC professionals and technicians.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.
- Work closely with business teams to identify training needs.
- Support continuous learning and competency development initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Apparel, Footwear, Leather, Home Textile, or related fashion industries.
- Solid knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes.
- Proven experience in training, coaching, and mentoring teams.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 1-month notice period preferred.
