- To provide high quality customer service, prompt resolution of queries.
- Adhering to high ethical standards and complying with all the laid down processes / policies & KYC adherence. Verify customers KYC & complete online registration.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience as a Gold Appraiser in the jewellery industry.
- Robust knowledge of gold purity assessment, valuation.
- Good understanding of KYC procedures and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, handle customers professionally.
- Honest, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining high ethical standards.
- Qualification: Diploma / HSC / relevant certification in Gold Appraisal.
