Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, security, and team leadership. The role involves designing technical solutions, leading development teams, supporting production releases,



and driving Salesforce application enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Salesforce development and implementation activities.
- Design and develop solutions using Aura, LWC, Apex, and Triggers.
- Build and support Salesforce integrations with external systems.
- Implement asynchronous processing and automation solutions.
- Manage Salesforce Security, Sharing Rules, Approval Processes, and Workflow Rules.
- Provide technical leadership and code reviews.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Support production deployments and midnight releases.

Required Skills

- 6 8+ years of Salesforce experience.
- Hands-on experience with Aura, LWC, Apex, Triggers, and Integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Security, Sharing Rules, Approval Processes, and Workflow Rules.
- Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce Integration experience.
- Team leadership and stakeholder management experience.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with OmniStudio.
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
