- Good eye on Quality of deliverable, complexity of parallel development and best practices to resolve conflicts
- Ability to perform Roll out / Releases to next environment when required.
- Good knowledge on:
- Pega platform development from 8.x to Pega Infinity
- Pega Gen AI / Agentic offering
- Pega Architectural decisions
- Identifying development dependency
