Description: Automation support responsible to create solution and modernize client environments, account transformation, tools upgrade, solution in REXX, PIPE and JCL. Tools Skills - SA- System Automation, Netview, AF/Operator, Mainview

Skills Maintaining the tools, and related infrastructure, necessary to automate system management tasks. This includes knowledge of system management software, knowledge of ITIL best practices,



and applying IT Service Management processes to maintain the automation service supported by the tools maintained. Analyzing first, second and third level problems for all systems (according to the service agreements), resolving and routing problems appropriately. Provide support and develop standard and global automated solutions.

Require a combination of technical and soft skills. Here are some key skills and qualifications needed for this role: Proficiency in Mainframe Languages: Familiarity with languages such as COBOL, JCL, and REXX is crucial for developing and maintaining mainframe applications. System Programming and Management: Understanding the mainframe architecture and operating system interfaces, primarily z/OS, is essential for system configuration, resource management, and performance optimization. Security and Compliance: Implementing robust security measures to protect data integrity and comply with regulatory standards is paramount. Familiarity with ACF2 for access control is vital. JCL and IPL:

Developed and maintained both Batch and Online applications on IBM mainframe technologies JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM.
