We are seeking a detail-orientated, proactive, and highly motivated Graduate to be part of the Global HR Services team in Chennai, India, through the HR Hub which supports key operational processes for multiple Glencore offices worldwide.

Global HR Payroll Services Graduate Programme is designed to prove your aptitude and test your resilience providing functional support to HR Services and Payroll, with opportunities to rotate between.

The HR graduate will work in a shared service centre workplace (our HR Hub) and the required attributes include strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, globally matrixed environment and gain exposure to international HR operations and best practice and contribute to impactful employee experiences across the globe.
