We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Integrated Designer with strong expertise in print and visual design to support global client projects in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven environment.
This role requires advanced design capabilities, strong brand compliance awareness, and the ability to translate complex data into visually compelling outputs. You will collaborate closely with client-facing and studio teams to deliver high-quality creative assets that meet global standards.
What Youll Do
- Produce high-quality marketing materials including brochures, posters, static banners, charts/graphs, templates, and illustrations
- Redraw graphs and enhance visual elements to ensure clarity and brand consistency
- Create isometric illustrations and visually compelling artwork to represent data effectively
- Develop custom InDesign layouts with strong attention to typography and visual hierarchy
- Ensure all deliverables strictly adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards
- Manage multiple parallel projects within tight turnaround timelines
- Interpret and validate client briefs to ensure accurate execution
- Support job tracking and documentation for accurate billing and reporting
- Assist in QC reviews and maintain best practices in production workflows
- Proactively troubleshoot design challenges and offer appropriate solutions
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in Print and Graphic Design (Art working, Layout Design) within a corporate/service-oriented environment
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Proven expertise in creating static banners, brochures, posters, and visual data presentations
- Strong experience in client-facing or customer-support environments with tight deadlines
- High customer service orientation and professionalism
- Strong visual design sense with attention to layout harmony, typography, and aesthetics
- Ability to interpret client instructions accurately and execute with precision
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Professional communication skills, including email writing
- Flexible to work in shifts, including night shifts and weekends when required
- Knowledge of external print processes (desirable)
- Exposure to Figma or Sketch (desirable)
