Sodexo MNC, looking for Shift Engineer with minimum 5 years experience in Maintenance.

Electrical Engineer

- Operate and maintain 110kV/33kV 52MVA demand Air insulated substation including power transformers switch yard equipment.
- Manage 7 substations (33kV/11kV and 33kV/415V) including HT/LT panels, power and distribution transformers.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for transformers, VCB panels, LV panels, and busbar trucking systems.
- Ensure reliable operation of DG sets, UPS systems, and backup power infrastructure.
- Oversee electrical systems for HT chillers, air compressors, dryers, and AHUs.
- Monitor and control power quality, demand, and energy efficiency.
- Implement safety practices: LOTO, PTP, SIPP, PPE compliance, and statutory testing.
- Coordinate shutdown planning, vendor management, and AMC compliance.
- Tracking power consumption,



Specific energy & Support energy optimization projects and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Tracking PM & PDM 52-week calendar and exception on time and maintaining records of PM/PDM check sheets, History card
- Tracking & Updating Documents of Maintenance logs, SOP, WI, RCA & FMEA
- Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001.
- Ensure training and competency development for team members.
- Drive Kaizen and other continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of mechanical systems.
- 5S to be maintained all location of Facilities, before and after works.
