AI Architect Key Skills & Experience Expectations

Experience Level

- 12+ years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years in AI/ML and Generative AI solution architecture
- Strong experience designing enterprise-scale AI platforms and distributed systems
- Experience working with cloud-native architectures and enterprise integrations
- Prior experience in client-facing consulting, architecture reviews, and solution positioning is preferred

Core Technical Skills

AI / Generative AI

Must have strong hands-on and architecture-level experience in:

- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Agentic AI systems
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Prompt Engineering and orchestration
- Multi-agent frameworks
- AI evaluation and observability
- Fine-tuning and model adaptation approaches
