Role & responsibilities

- Assess patients' health conditions and record medical history.
- Monitor vital signs such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
- Provide nursing care, including wound dressing and catheter care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and medications.

Preferred candidate profile

- GNM, B.Sc Nursing, or Post B.Sc Nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing registration certificate.
- Freshers or experienced candidates (as per hospital requirements).
- Good knowledge of patient care and nursing procedures.




- Experience in departments such as ICU, OT, Emergency, NICU, PICU, or General Ward is preferred.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic knowledge of medical equipment and hospital protocols.
- Good clinical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and responsible attitude.
- Certifications such as BLS and ACLS are an added advantage.
