- Conduct engaging training sessions for both new hires and current team members
- Design and implement customized training modules
- Evaluate training effectiveness and employee performance
- Collaborate with HR and department leaders to identify development needs
- Maintain training documentation and performance reports
Preferred candidate profile
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven experience in corporate training or employee development
• Ability to create energetic, engaging training content
• Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms
• Bachelors degree preferred (training/HR certifications a plus)
