Oracle EBS HRMS functional Consultant/ Technical Consultant.
• Oracle US Payroll, OTL

- Solid knowledge of US tax legislation, GRE setup, W-2processing, Overtime configurations
• Good understanding of Oracle HR and associated technical skill including development standards, debugging tools and techniques.
• Good understanding of Core HR, Payroll, OTL
• Expertise in writing interfaces between HRMS and 3rd party systems.
• Advanced skills in configuring and developing reports using XML Publisher
• Experience with APIs and AOL objects required.
• Strong functional skills in troubleshooting HRMS, OTL, Payroll issues
