Role & responsibilities
PLC Design
Lead PLC system architecture and control strategy development for conveyor systems, ASRS, robotics integration, sortation systems, warehouse automation, manufacturing automation lines, and material handling systems.
Design modular, scalable, and maintainable PLC control architectures.
Develop control philosophies, Functional Design Specifications (FDS), IO architecture, and sequence logic.
Define interfaces between PLCS, SCADA, HMI, drives, sensors, robotics, WCS/WMS, and third-party equipment.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in warehouse automation, logistics, manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, or e-commerce industries.
Exposure to ASRS, conveyor systems, and robotics integration projects.
PMP or automation certifications will be an added advantage.
