Role & responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Achieve sales targets through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Follow up with customer enquiries and generate sales leads.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Prepare product estimates and explain pricing to customers.
- Coordinate with the billing team to ensure smooth customer transactions.
- Ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively at all times.
- Inform customers about savings schemes, maturity details, offers, and promotional campaigns through telecalling.




- Work closely with team members and other departments to achieve business goals.
- Deliver excellent customer service while following company policies and procedures.
