Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant
Experience: 10 to 20 Years
Location: PAN India

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with 1020 years of overall HRIS/ERP experience and robust expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations, support, and enhancements. The candidate should have led multiple end-to-end implementations, gathered business requirements, configured HCM modules, and worked closely with business stakeholders to deliver Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders.
- Configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules based on business needs.
- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend best practices.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), BRD, Solution Design Documents, and test scenarios.
- Configure workflows, approval hierarchies, security roles, and approval rules.
- Perform SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and production deployment.
- Work with technical consultants for reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions.
- Support data migration using HDL, HSDL, Spreadsheet Loader, and FBDI where applicable.
- Provide production support and resolve functional issues.




- Conduct end-user training and prepare user documentation.
- Collaborate with global teams across multiple geographies.

Required Skills

- 10–20 years of IT/ERP experience.
- 5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation experience.
- Experience in at least 2–4 end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM Functional configuration.
- Experience with:
- HDL (HCM Data Loader)
- HSDL
- Spreadsheet Loader
- HCM Extracts
- BI Publisher
- OTBI
- Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence
- Fast Formula (basic functional understanding)
- Approval Workflow configuration

- Strong understanding of Oracle Security (Roles, Data Roles, Security Profiles).
- Experience in integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for HCM integrations is desirable.
- Familiarity with Oracle quarterly cloud updates and impact analysis.
