- Column rectification
- Staircase rectification
- Retaining wall rectification
- Rest room renovation work
- Vendor coordination
- Partition works
- Periodic checking of old / current building & review of preventive and predictive maintenance system
- Preparation of estimates for management approval
- Co-ordination with Electrical department
- Execution of work, Review of progress & follow up with contractor to complete the work as per the schedule
- Identify equivalent, low-cost materials & continuous monitoring of its end result
- Preparation of drawings, through drawing department
- Preparation of estimates for management approval
***** Exposures in Auto CAD is mandatory *******

Salary : 30000 Gross + monthly bonus
