Position Summary:

As an experienced Associate at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines.

Work you'll do

As an Operations Associate on the Revenue Cycle team, you will be responsible for:

- Analyze revenue cycle data and KPI reports to identify trends, actionable insights, and improvement opportunities
- Generate and distribute operational and KPI reports using revenue cycle management and data analytics tools
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce denials, accelerate cash flow, and improve revenue cycle performance
- Maintain documentation for revenue cycle processes and procedures and support updates based on payer and regulatory changes
- Support client-facing workstreams as an individual contributor while providing guidance to junior associates on quality and delivery

Location: Hyderabad/Chennai

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM, 2 PM to 11 PM, or 6 PM to 3 AM IST, as per business requirements

Qualifications

Required:

- 3-5 years of experience in revenue cycle engagements
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Commerce, Science, or an equivalent degree from an accredited university
- Experience analyzing data sets and preparing KPI or operational reports
- Experience using revenue cycle management systems or data analytics tools

Preferred:

- Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Experience supporting client-facing engagements or stakeholders
- Experience documenting revenue cycle processes and procedures
- Certifications such as Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist or Certified Skilled Coder
