Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate VoIP Developer with 2 to 5 years of experience in FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, WebRTC, and SIP technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining real-time communication solutions, including voice, video, and messaging applications. The candidate should possess robust programming skills and hands-on experience with VoIP protocols, telephony systems, and backend integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain VoIP applications using FreeSWITCH and Asterisk.
- Develop and implement WebRTC-based voice and video communication solutions.
- Configure and customize SIP servers, dial plans, IVR, call routing, and conferencing features.
- Develop backend services and APIs for telephony applications.
- Integrate FreeSWITCH/Asterisk with CRM, third-party applications, and cloud services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SIP signaling, RTP media, and call quality issues.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and security.
- Develop custom modules, scripts, and APIs for communication platforms.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, DevOps,



and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.

Required Skills

- 2 to 5 years of experience in VoIP application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with FreeSWITCH and/or Asterisk.
- Experience implementing WebRTC applications.
- Strong understanding of SIP, RTP, SDP, WebSocket, STUN/TURN, and ICE.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C, C++, Java, Node.js,Python, or Go.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS).
- Knowledge of SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Experience using Git for source code management.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using tools like Wireshark or sngrep.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with FusionPBX or FreePBX.
- Knowledge of Kamailio or OpenSIPS.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience integrating speech services, AI voice bots, or contact center solutions.
- Understanding of telecom security and VoIP best practices.
