Job Description:

We are hiring AR Callers for the US Healthcare process. The candidate will be responsible for following up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims, resolving claim denials, and ensuring timely reimbursement.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in AR Calling (US Healthcare).
- Strong knowledge of medical billing, claim lifecycle, denial management, and insurance follow-up.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned workloads efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare billing applications.
- Willing to work in Night shift
