About the Role:

We are seeking strong Senior Java + AI Platform Engineers to work on strategic enterprise initiatives focused on building scalable AI Governance, Observability, and Compliance platforms.

The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Java backend engineering, distributed systems, AI integrations, telemetry pipelines, and cloud-native architectures. This role involves designing scalable enterprise-grade platforms capable of monitoring, governing, and securing AI interactions across large-scale enterprise environments.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.
- At least 4+ years of experience in Java and AI

Backend & Platform Engineering

- Strong experience in Java development
- Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
- REST APIs and distributed systems
- Event-driven architecture

AI / Python Engineering

- Python programming
- Experience with LLM integrations and AI orchestration




- Knowledge of LangChain, OpenAI SDK, and AI frameworks
- Understanding of AI observability concepts

Streaming & Scalable Systems

- Kafka and messaging systems
- Real-time streaming pipelines
- High-volume telemetry ingestion
- Asynchronous processing architectures

Observability & Monitoring

- OpenTelemetry, ELK, Datadog, Prometheus
- Logging, tracing, monitoring, and metrics
- Understanding of SIEM integrations

Cloud & DevOps

- AWS / Azure / GCP
- Docker & Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipelines
- Git & Jenkins a

AI Governance & Compliance

Good understanding of:

- PII / PCI compliance
- AI governance principles
- AI risk and policy controls
- Responsible AI frameworks
- Enterprise security and auditability
- Hallucination and drift monitoring concepts
