About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive & Sr. sales Executive to drive business growth in the Express Courier & Logistics segment. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and developing long-term customer relationships within the courier, cargo, logistics, or supply chain industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Express Courier & Logistics sector.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct client meetings and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Promote domestic and international courier & shipping solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with operations teams for seamless service delivery.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records.

Candidate Profile

- 36 years of B2B Sales experience.
- Preferred experience in Courier, Express Logistics, Cargo, Freight Forwarding, Transportation, Supply Chain, or E-commerce Logistics.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of logistics operations and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
- Existing client network in Corporate, Retail, Manufacturing, or E-commerce sectors will be an added advantage.
