Job Purpose
Responsible for smooth day-to-day cinema operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining operational standards, team productivity, safety, and revenue targets. Acts as Cinema In-Charge in the absence of the Cinema Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall cinema operations during assigned shifts.
- Handle opening and closing of shifts and key management.
- Monitor Box Office, F&B;, Guest Services and Housekeeping operations.
- Manage cash operations, daily floats, banking and shortage control.
- Conduct shift briefings and drive revenue targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve guest complaints promptly.
- Maintain SOPs,
quality standards and statutory compliance.
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline and manpower deployment.
- Prepare rosters and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure safety, security and emergency procedures are followed.
- Support sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare operational MIS and reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 06 years of experience in Retail, Hospitality, QSR, Cinema or Hotel Operations.
- Robust people management and customer handling skills.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
