About the Role
Navsan is seeking an experienced IT Asset Manager to support one of its strategic global
clients in a dedicated remote capacity. The successful candidate will manage the complete
lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets, coordinate hardware procurement, support
onboarding and offboarding activities, ensure software license compliance, maintain
inventory governance, and lead the IT Asset Management team.
Key Responsibilities
IT Asset Lifecycle Management
•
Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets from procurement through retirement and
disposal.
•
Maintain accurate and auditable records of all IT hardware and software assets.
•
Perform regular asset audits and inventory reconciliation.
•
Ensure proper asset ownership, tracking, and accountability.
Hardware Asset Management
•
Manage lifecycle tracking for laptops, desktops, servers, monitors, networking
equipment, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Track asset allocation, transfers, repairs, replacements, recoveries, warranties, and
support contracts.•
Coordinate technology refresh and replacement programs.
SAP – PO (P2P) Additional advantage
•
Coordinate IT hardware procurement activities.
•
Experience with SAP Purchase Orders (POs) and P2P processes is preferred.
User Lifecycle Support
•
Coordinate user onboarding, offboarding, and internal employee transfers (movers).
•
Ensure timely allocation, recovery, and redeployment of IT assets.
Compliance, Audit & Governance
•
Support internal and external audits.
•
Maintain audit-ready documentation and inventory records.
•
Support ISO 27001, SOC, and governance initiatives.
Vendor Management & Team Leadership
•
Lead and mentor Asset Management Analysts and Coordinators.
•
Establish KPIs and operational performance metrics.
•
Drive continuous process improvement and automation.
•
Coordinate with vendors and manage warranty and support contracts.
Required Qualifications
•
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
•
5–10 years of IT Asset Management experience.
•
Minimum 2 years of experience managing or leading a team.
•
Experience managing hardware and software asset lifecycles.
•
Strong understanding of inventory controls, governance, and audit requirements.
•
SAP PO/P2P experience is preferred.
• Ability to support global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
•
Dedicated high-speed internet suitable for remote work.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and in a fast-paced environment.
•
Strong team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
