About the Role

Join our Software Engineering team supporting Milwaukee Tool, a global leader in innovation, quality, and industry-leading solutions. As a Senior AI Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining AI-powered platforms, custom AI Agents, and enterprise software applications that support Milwaukee Tool's digital transformation initiatives. Working within an Agile engineering team, you'll leverage Oracle AI Studio, cloud platforms, and modern software engineering practices to build intelligent, scalable, secure, and business-critical solutions while driving engineering excellence across the software development lifecycle.

Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore (Candidates currently residing in either location are encouraged to apply.)

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain custom AI Agents using Oracle AI Studio.
- Develop enterprise software applications using Oracle Cloud technologies, including Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Oracle APEX, and cloud platforms such as Azure.
- Build intelligent solutions leveraging Oracle AI, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher (BIP), VBCS, and APEX.
- Design and maintain scalable developer platforms, automation pipelines, and cloud-native engineering solutions.
- Collaborate within an Agile software development team and actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Work closely with lead developers, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
- Develop and integrate solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, REST APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to streamline application delivery.
- Troubleshoot application and platform issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Promote software engineering best practices, coding standards,



security, and quality throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, platform improvements, and continuous innovation initiatives.
- Mentor junior engineers by sharing technical expertise and engineering best practices.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI, cloud, and developer platform technologies to improve engineering productivity and platform reliability.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience developing and deploying AI solutions using Oracle AI Studio or similar AI platforms.
- Strong experience developing enterprise applications using Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, Oracle REST APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Cloud development expertise in Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Strong proficiency in software engineering principles, coding best practices, and scalable system design.
- Demonstrated experience designing enterprise applications, software platforms, and solution architectures.
- Experience leading technical initiatives from concept through production delivery.
- Practical AI development experience using Python, machine learning frameworks, or similar AI technologies.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies,



and engineering best practices.

Technical & Professional Skills

- Experience developing intelligent applications using Oracle AI Studio and Oracle Cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Oracle APEX, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and BI Publisher (BIP).
- Experience with developer platform tools such as Spacelift, GitHub, Datadog, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Developer Experience (DevEx) metrics and engineering productivity initiatives.
- Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI practices, and secure AI solution development.
- Strong expertise in systems architecture, workflow optimization, and platform engineering.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, object-oriented programming, and distributed version control systems.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional engineering teams while managing multiple priorities.
- Passion for continuous learning and adopting emerging AI, cloud, and software engineering technologies.
