We are looking for a dedicated Duty Medical Officer (MBBS) to provide quality patient care, manage medical emergencies, and support day-to-day clinical operations. The candidate will work closely with consultants, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure protected and effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide immediate medical care and emergency support to patients.
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients during duty hours.
- Conduct regular inpatient rounds and monitor patient progress.
- Coordinate with consultants and nursing teams for treatment planning and follow-up care.
- Handle patient admissions, discharges, referrals, and clinical documentation.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and stabilize patients when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards,
infection control, and hospital policies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, attendants, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in departmental meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: MBBS (Mandatory)
- Gender: Female
- Experience: 13 years (Freshers with MBBS can also apply)
- Registration: Valid State Medical Council/NMC Registration preferred.
