Collaborate Solutions is hiring an experienced US Engineering Recruiter (Non-IT) to support our growing US Staffing team. We are looking for a recruiter with hands-on experience in hiring Core Engineering professionals across Aerospace, Semiconductor, Manufacturing, and Medical Devices domains.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise, experience working with engineering implementation partners, and the ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for niche engineering requirements.

Location: HiTech City, Hyderabad
Shift: US Night Shift (6:00 PM 3:30 AM IST)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and recruit qualified engineering professionals for US-based clients.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for roles including RTL Designers, FPGA Engineers, ASIC/VLSI Engineers, Embedded Engineers, Aircraft Designers, Manufacturing Engineers, Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics Engineers.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean Search, referrals, networking, and headhunting.




- Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on domain expertise and project experience.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and provide timely recruitment updates.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain an organized candidate database.

Preferred Experience

- Experience recruiting for Aerospace, Semiconductor, Manufacturing, or Medical Devices industries.
- Experience hiring RTL Designers, FPGA Engineers, ASIC/VLSI Engineers, Embedded Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Aircraft Designers, Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics Engineers.
- Experience working with or sourcing candidates from Cyient, LTTS, Quest Global, HCL Technologies, Tata Technologies, Tata Elxsi, KPIT, Capgemini Engineering, Akkodis, Alten, or similar engineering service organizations.
