Job Title: PD Engineer (CPU/GPU/ High Speed Blocks) - 5-8 Yrs

Budget: 21 - 24 LPA

Own and drive physical design of critical CPU units from RTL-to-GDSII (synthesis, floorplanning, P&R;, timing closure, and signoff).
Perform PPA trade-off analysis to enable design convergence.
Execute implementation stages including floorplanning, synthesis, placement, CTS, routing, extraction, and signoff.
Perform timing, physical, and electrical signoff, including DRC/LVS and EM/IR analysis.
Develop and optimize flow methodologies and automation scripts to improve design efficiency and PPA.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5 + years of experience in physical design, with a focus on high-performance designs (CPU/GPU/ High Speed Blocks preferred).
- Proven track record of block-level closure (timing, power, and area).
- Strong hands-on experience with:




- Synopsys Fusion Compiler (synthesis and P&R;)
- PrimeTime (timing analysis and signoff)
- Conformal LEC (logical equivalence checking)
- RedHawk (EM/IR analysis)
- Experience with advanced technology nodes ( 7nm) is highly preferred.
- Solid scripting skills (Tcl/Perl/Python) for flow automation.
- Solid understanding of physical design fundamentals and timing closure.
- Good understanding of computer architecture is a plus.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
