- Administering the Attendance details of the sales employees.
- Tracking Sales employees daily productivity.
- Preparing the Daily & Monthly reports.
- Prior experience on Sales dashboarding & lead management
- Able to prepare sales data.
- Should monitor sale automation
- Good knowledge on creating/preparing dashboards/reports using formulas and macros
- Ensure manual records are accurately maintained and updated regularly in line with data protection.
- Maintain absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data.
- Co-ordinate with Finance to make location wise /product wise /channel wise PNL
- Monitor Inventory of packing materials & finished goods on consumer packs
- Track the amount spent on brands and analytics
Requirement:
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
