Job Title: IT Recruiter

Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Negotiate compensation and notice periods.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Meet hiring targets, turnaround time (TAT), and recruitment KPIs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

- 0-5 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and hiring processes.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.




- Experience in domestic IT staffing (US staffing experience is an added advantage if applicable).
- Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools and sourcing automation is a plus.
