Job Summary

Odd Jobs India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and generate quality business leads. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing for interior design, architecture, real estate, or luxury brands and possess strong analytical, creative, and campaign management skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Planning & Marketing

- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with the company's brand identity.
- Create engaging content for social media, website, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Maintain a monthly content calendar featuring completed projects, client testimonials, design tips, and behind-the-scenes content.

2. Social Media Management

- Manage company pages on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness through organic and paid strategies.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to generate qualified leads.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Optimize website content for improved search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor SEO performance and implement improvements.

4. Paid Advertising (PPC)

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Generate qualified leads while maintaining cost efficiency.

Website Management

- Update website content, images, and landing pages using WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Ensure the website remains user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with the company's brand.

6. Email Marketing

- Design and execute email campaigns, newsletters, promotional offers, and customer follow-up sequences.
- Manage email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or equivalent.

7. Analytics & Reporting

- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other digital marketing tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Recommend strategies to improve website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.

Candidate Requirements

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Design, or a related field.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Home Dcor, or Luxury Lifestyle Brands is preferred.

Technical Skills

- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics
- SEO & Keyword Research
- WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Canva and Adobe Photoshop
- Email Marketing Tools (Mailchimp or similar)
- Social Media Marketing
