We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Creative Content Executive to strengthen our digital presence across multiple platforms.

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative individual who can understand business requirements, design engaging marketing creatives, create short-form videos, manage social media platforms, and actively engage with our online audience. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, basic video editing skills, and experience managing social media pages.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand marketing and business requirements from internal teams.
- Design creative social media posts, banners, brochures, and marketing collateral.
- Create engaging graphics using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Shoot and edit short promotional videos, reels, and product videos.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and content for social media posts.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Track social media trends and create relevant content.
- Coordinate with the marketing and product teams for campaign execution.




- Maintain consistency in the company's brand identity across all platforms.
- Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements for better reach and performance.

Required Skills

- Experience in social media management.
- Good knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design tools.
- Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN Editor, Filmora, or similar software.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and content strategies.
- Ability to create attractive marketing creatives.
- Valuable written and verbal English communication skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with LinkedIn marketing.
- Knowledge of AI design tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc.).
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.

Qualification

- Any Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or any related field.
- Relevant experience is preferred. Freshers with an excellent portfolio may also apply.

Equipment Requirement

- Candidates must bring their own laptop (with relevant design/editing software installed) during the internship/probation period.
