Job Summary

We are looking for motivated Marketing Freshers to Marketing Executives with interest or experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will support product marketing, promotional activities, market research, and coordination with the sales team to help drive brand growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

For Freshers / Trainees

- Assist in execution of marketing campaigns for pharma products
- Support development of promotional materials (visual aids, leaflets, brochures)
- Conduct market research on competitors, doctors, and products
- Coordinate with sales representatives and field force
- Maintain marketing data, presentations, and reports
- Support product launches and internal meetings

For Marketing Executives (Experience 1 to 3 years)

- Plan and execute product promotion strategies




- Handle brand management and lifecycle of assigned products
- Develop and review scientific promotional content
- Analyze sales data and market trends
- Work closely with medical, sales, and digital marketing teams
- Coordinate with vendors, design agencies, and printers
- Assist in doctor engagement programs, CMEs, and conferences

Skills & Competencies

Mandatory

- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical marketing concepts
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and problemsolving abilities
- MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced workplace

Education Qualifications

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / MBA (Marketing)
- Freshers with relevant pharma education are welcome
- Marketing Executives: 1 to 3 years experience in pharma marketing and Quality and regulatory experience also preferred.
