- Manage denial management processes to minimize denied claims and optimize revenue cycle performance.
- Conduct AR calls with patients, providers, and insurance companies to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the revenue cycle process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement changes that improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM (Revenue Cycle Management).
- Strong knowledge of AR calling, denial management, and medical billing procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting with multiple priorities.
