Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Executive to oversee and manage our daily logistics and supply chain operations. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inventory levels, communicating with vendors and carriers, and ensuring that our products are delivered to customers safely, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Transportation & Dispatch Management: Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipping schedules. Select optimal transport methods (road, air, sea) and negotiate competitive freight rates with carriers.
- Shipment Tracking: Monitor shipments in real-time, proactively identify transit bottlenecks or delays, and implement contingency plans to ensure on-time delivery.
- Inventory Control: Collaborate with the warehouse team to track stock levels, reconcile physical inventory with the system, and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, verify, and maintain essential logistics paperwork, including commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, e-way bills, and customs documents for international trade.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary point of contact between transport agencies, suppliers, warehouse staff,



and customer service teams to maintain a seamless workflow.
- Cost Control & Optimization: Analyze route efficiencies and logistics data to cut unnecessary expenses and improve overall supply chain speed.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience working in logistics, freight forwarding, or warehouse coordination.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Robust command over Microsoft Excel for tracking data and generating reports.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and tracking tools.

- Knowledge: Sound understanding of local transportation regulations, domestic logistics procedures, and import/export compliance (if applicable).

- Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly on your feet when a vehicle breaks down or a shipment is delayed.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to coordinate effectively across truck drivers, managers, and corporate clients.

- Attention to Detail: Precision in checking shipping numbers and legal documentation to avoid costly compliance issues.
