What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and enhance training curricula, learning content, and instructional materials.

• Support trainers through coaching, mentoring, and capability-building initiatives.

• Conduct trainer evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve training effectiveness.

• Monitor and assess training quality across programs and centres.

• Develop assessment tools, learning frameworks, and evaluation methodologies.

• Analyze training performance metrics and prepare quality and effectiveness reports.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs.

• Support the implementation and management of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.

• Ensure alignment with NSDC standards, sector skill council guidelines, and industry best practices where applicable.

• Participate in audits, reviews, and quality assurance activities related to training delivery.

What We're Looking For





• 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Training, Quality Assurance, Curriculum Design, or Skill Development.

• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies, and pedagogy.

• Experience in training content development and curriculum design.

• Exposure to NSDC, Skill Development, Vocational Training, or Education programs is preferred.

• Experience in trainer management, coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation.

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.

• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a quick-paced environment.

• Team handling or people management experience will be an added advantage.
