Role & responsibilities:-
- End-to-end implementation and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions.
- Configure Compensation templates, Variable Pay, Business Rules, Workflows, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and People Analytics.
- Support annual and off-cycle compensation review processes across multiple countries.
- Manage solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with onshore teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
- Lead and mentor offshore/GCC teams while managing risks, defects, and escalations.
