What youll be doing

- Design endtoend solutions for complex billing implementations across enterprise billing/finance platforms.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear, implementable solution designs.
- Partner with product owners, engineers, and operations to shape feasible delivery options.
- Produce highquality functional and technical design artefacts for medium to large initiatives.
- Support impact analysis, estimation, and solution tradeoffs during planning and delivery.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, data standards, and billing controls.

Summary of Primary Responsibilities

- Own solution design for assigned billing domains, services, or client migrations.
- Lead design workshops and clarify requirements across business and technical teams.
- Define system interactions, data flows, controls, and nonfunctional requirements.
- Guide development/implementation teams during build, test, and deployment to ensure design fidelity.
- Identify risks,



dependencies, and constraints early, proposing pragmatic mitigations.
- Contribute to standard patterns and reusable approaches across billing solutions.

Qualifications
- Proven experience designing technical solutions for complex usagebased billing or financial systems.
- Strong understanding of endtoend billing lifecycles, including pricing, invoicing, and adjustments.
- Solid stakeholder engagement skills across technology, finance, and thirdparty vendors
- Nice to have: experience with enterprise or SaaS billing platforms (e.g. Aria, Zuora, Salesforce Billing).
- Nice to have: familiarity with Oraclebased technology stacks, including PL/SQL and databasedriven solutions.
- Nice to have: exposure to lowcode tools such as Oracle APEX supporting billing or operational processes.
