About the Role

MGrow is hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counsellors to join our growing team across multiple locations. If you're passionate about guiding students, have strong communication skills, and experience in Admission Counselling, Education Sales, or EdTech Sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and student inquiries.
- Convert leads into successful admissions through effective counselling.
- Guide students throughout the complete admission process, including documentation and enrollment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, and admissions using CRM or related tools.
- Achieve monthly admission targets while ensuring an excellent counselling experience.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission process.
- Stay updated on courses, admission policies, and industry trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6 Months to 3 Years of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Sales, Academic Counselling, or EdTech Sales.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
