- Design, implement, and maintain Oracle Service Cloud solutions for clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions using Oracle Peoplesoft Financials, Oracle ERP, and other relevant technologies.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the usage of Oracle Service Cloud modules such as case management, incident management, problem resolution, and knowledge management.
- Troubleshoot issues related to service cloud implementation projects and provide timely resolutions.
Job Requirements :
- 6-11 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Oracle Service Cloud Consultant role.
- Robust understanding of Oracle Peoplesoft Financials (OPF) integration with Oracle Service Cloud.
- Experience working with Revenue Management module within the Oracle ERP suite is an added advantage.
