As a Full Stack Developer, the candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of a scalable and high performance application. They will work in collaboration with a team of full-stack developers in a Scrum-based workplace, under the guidance of a Business Application Owner.

The Lead Developer will play a critical role in ensuring the technical quality of the application by promoting best practices, ensuring secure coding standards, and optimizing performance. The candidate is expected to mentor team members, provide technical leadership, and act as the primary point of contact for technical challenges. A deep understanding of the business domain and the ability to translate complex functional requirements into scalable technical solutions are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

- Actively participate in and lead all Agile ceremonies daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, demos, and refinements.
- Collaborate with Product Owners (POs), developers, and other stakeholders to refine user stories and provide technical insights.
- Estimate user stories, allocate tasks, and guide team members during refinement and sprint planning.
- Implement user stories with clean, maintainable, and secure code.
- Design scalable and reliable architectures while ensuring adherence to security and performance benchmarks.
- Utilize tools such as SonarQube and Snyk to identify and resolve code vulnerabilities, technical debt, and code smells.
- Conduct and oversee thorough code reviews to maintain quality and enforce secure coding practices.
- Integrate DevSecOps practices into the CI/CD pipeline, including automated security scanning using SonarQube (SAST) and Snyk (dependency/container vulnerability checks), secrets management, DAST, and compliance-as-code, ensuring security is a shared responsibility across the development lifecycle.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) to accelerate coding, automate code review feedback, enforce code quality standards, and generate documentation; evaluate and responsibly adopt AI/ML capabilities within the application where they deliver measurable business value.
- Architect and manage Azure cloud resources including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure API Management, Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights; drive cloud cost optimization and ensure high availability and disaster recovery across environments.
- Design and write comprehensive unit test cases to ensure high reliability and code coverage.
- Debug and resolve complex issues identified in QA, UAT, pre-production, and production environments.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues,



and ensure system reliability during hyper-care and beyond.
