The Project Manager eCommerce is responsible for the coordination and completion of technical projects on time within budget and scope. He/She operates within the Commercial Department, which includes teams such as marketing, content, b2b, sales channels, CS.

The Project Manager eCommerce leads projects from start to end by overseeing all aspects of projects within the Commercial Department and is making an impact on driving digital transformations. He/She sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarized progress of his/her projects, and coordinates with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible. He/She aligns with the Manager Commercial Projects as well as Lead PO regarding project progress and impediments on a weekly base and escalates when projects fall behind on schedule.

You will:

- Manage and coordinate technical projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from planning to completion.
- Lead projects related to Product Content, Sales Channels, Order Processing, and Customer Service while ensuring timely delivery within budget and acceptable risk levels.
- Research new opportunities, prepare business cases, conduct market and competitor analysis, and support strategic decision-making with stakeholders.
- Define project deliverables, timelines, required resources,



and collaborate with Product Owners to align development needs and monitor project progress.
- Track, analyze, and report project performance and business impact, including evaluating expected versus actual business value after implementation.

You have:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 8-12 years of relevant work experience within the field of eCommerce
- Proven track record in managing e-commerce or CRM projects or marketing implementations.
- Ability to quickly learn and work with recent systems and software
- You have a passion for digital transformation and implementations
- You have a strong functional- and technical background. Experience with eCommerce technology stacks, product content technology stacks, middleware constructions, integration technology or feed management tools is a big plus (e.g. SFCC, SFMC, SFSC, Salsify, ESB, Couchbase, Cloud nary, Zendesk, SAP, etc.)
- Agile methodology has no surprises for you
- Certification in Agile Project Management (Foundation & Practitioner) and/or PMP certification
- Fluent in English
