- Build a strong distribution channel consisting of existing IFAs as well as new distributors.
- Build distribution through one to one and one to many/roadshow formats.
- Active involvement in joint client meetings with Partners to demonstrate and help with closures.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns in the city for building distribution.
- Training and development of distributors.
- Help partners in multiplying their AUM by helping them create a roadmap for success.
Key Requirement:
- Solid understanding of IFA ecosystem - B2B experience, B2C experience is a plus.
- Graduate/MBA/Post Graduate with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience managing IFAs.
