Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelors degree in supply chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 6-10 years of experience in QA testing, preferably in enterprise applications or supply chain systems.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of supply chain planning concepts:
- Forecasting
- Supply Planning
- Inventory Management
- S&OP;
- Experience executing functional and regression test cases.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Understanding of integration testing and data reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to document test cases and results clearly.

- Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,



with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Cultural Awareness: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and highly dynamic workplace and manage teams across different time zones. Must be multi-tasker and able to prioritize and deliver assignments with the highest quality under pressure with short deadline.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Exposure to Anaplan or Blue Yonder (JDA) planning applications.
- Understanding of solver-based planning concepts.
- Experience testing ERP-integrated systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Familiarity with APIs and file-based integrations.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies.
