Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing plant related accounting and inventory related activities for officer level hiring.

- Basic accounting knowledge including journal entries, ledger accounting, and reconciliations.
- Experience in accrual accounting and month-end closing activities.
- Knowledge of P2P (Procure to Pay) process including GR/IR receipts.
- Understanding of PPV (Purchase Price Variance) analysis and variance reporting.
- Inventory accounting knowledge includes stock reconciliation and inventory controls.
- Support audit requirements and maintain proper accounting documentation.
- Coordinate with plant operations, procurement, and finance teams for issue resolution.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems such as SAP(FI, MM).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Handle inventory accounting (RM, WIP, FG)
- Validate GRN, material issues, and stock transfers
- Monitor slow-moving & obsolete inventory against accounting provisions.




- Knowledge of the intercompany profits (Transfer pricing).
- Open service purchase orders monitoring, accrual against for aged POs monthly.
- MIS for Conversion cost /OH actuals cost vs Budget reporting monthly along with comments against major deviations.
- Compliance & Audit:
- Ensure internal controls & SOP compliance
- Support internal/external audits
- Maintain documentation for inventory adjustments

Qualification and Experience

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/Ind AS)
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic analysis.
- Exposure to standard costing / variance analysis
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Bachelors degree in commerce (B. Com) / MBA Finance / Inter CA / CMA (Inter)
- 3–6 years of experience in accounting
