Description:

15+ years of overall experience 10 years of relevant Project Management Experience especially handling SAP projects from end-to-end implementation + working experience on SAP functional/technical. Worked on S4H implementation is must.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

- Lead end to end SAP project lifecycle across modules
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.
- Prepare project charters, roadmaps, WBS, and detailed schedules.
- Drive functional and technical teams to ensure timely execution.

2. Stakeholder & Team Management

- Collaborate with business process owners, IT teams, and external partners.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution demos.
- Manage vendor coordination, partner SLAs, and offshore/onshore teams.
- Report project progress to senior management and steering committees.

3. Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

- Establish project governance and best practices aligned with PMO standards.
- Monitor risks, dependencies, change requests, and issue resolution.
- Maintain RAID logs, project documentation, and audit compliance.
- Ensure data security, quality assurance, and release readiness.

4. SAP Expertise

- Understand SAP architectures, integration points, and business processes.




- Provide guidance on SAP best practices, S/4HANA concepts, and fit gap analysis.
- Support UAT, cutover planning, hyper care, and post go live stabilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications Technical & Functional Skills

- Strong knowledge of at least one SAP module; cross module expertise preferred.
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Understanding of integration (SAP PI/PO, CPI), ABAP basics, BASIS landscapes.

Project Management Skills

- Minimum 10-15 years of SAP Project Management experience, with 3-5 years in SAP functional/technical role.
- Hands on experience with Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methods.
- Expertise in preparing project reports, dashboards, KPIs, and metrics.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification is a strong advantage
- S4Hana experience is must

Soft Skills

- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict management skills.
- Solid customer facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to drive cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience

- Worked on M&A; projects.
- Able to handle discussions with business directly. Must have working experience in Pharma Role & responsibilities
