The Head of Human Resources will lead the entire HR lifecycle at Vellanki Foods, with a team of 2-3 executives. They will independently lead key HR functions like talent acquisition, compensation, and advantages. With respect to functions like staffing, performance management, and employee relations, they will closely collaborate with other relevant departments in the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for factory and retail operations, including sourcing through various channels.
- Manage new hire documentation and onboarding for employees joining factory and retail locations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all statutory provisions (ESI and EPF); this includes employee enrollment, compliance, and coordination of ESI and PF contributions and claims.
- Resolve employee queries related to payslips, payroll,
ESI, PF, attendance, and other HR-related matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with factory and store managers to address manpower requirements and employee relations issues.
- Drive HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall workforce productivity.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll sheets for factory and retail store employees, ensuring accuracy in all data and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain necessary employee records as per applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
Desired Profile
- Masters in Human Resources (top 10% of class)
- 5-8 years of end-to-end HR experience in a factory or manufacturing setup.
- Fluency in spoken and written Telugu.
