An Innovation / Transformation SME (Subject Matter Expert) is a professional who drives business transformation initiatives, process improvements, digital innovation, and organizational change to help companies improve efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead digital transformation and business innovation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Assess current business processes and recommend improvements.
- Develop transformation roadmaps and implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership.
- Drive change management and user adoption.
- Monitor KPIs and measure transformation success.
- Manage risks, governance, and compliance during transformation projects.

Ideal Candidate Background

- 815+ years of experience in business or digital transformation.




- Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programs.
- Robust stakeholder and executive communication skills.
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, and change management methodologies.
- Experience with cloud, ERP, AI, automation, or data analytics initiatives is often preferred.
