Job Opportunity: Customer Success Engineer Cloud Solution Architect

Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad (4 days/week onsite)

We are hiring a Customer Success Engineer Cloud Solution Architect for a global consulting organization. This is a client-facing transformation role where you'll work with enterprise customers to modernize large-scale delivery programs using Cloud, AI, and Automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with enterprise customers to understand their current delivery landscape and identify transformation opportunities.
- Design and recommend cloud-first, cost-optimized solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead modernization initiatives involving cloud adoption, AI-driven automation, and global delivery models.
- Collaborate with customer executives, delivery teams, engineering, and sales to drive successful implementation.
- Define transformation roadmaps and measure business outcomes such as cost optimization, productivity, quality, and customer experience.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Cloud Consulting, Customer Success, or Delivery Transformation.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud architecture.




- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible).
- Hands-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, APIs, and Microservices.
- Exposure to AI, Automation, AIOps, or Generative AI initiatives is highly preferred.
- Strong client-facing, consulting, or pre-sales experience with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

This position is actually going to be more of a Solutions Architect where they are going into active engagements with our customers and transforming the work in terms of cost (moving from fixed fee to an outcomes-based model), geography (moving staff offshore), introducing current tech (automation, AI), etc. They are re-solutioning the current 500-600 projects we have in IG consulting so initially doing discovery with the customer, creating solutions/recommendations and then partnering with our delivery and sales org to make it happen. We need people coming from a Pre-sales background that have also been client-facing and a true Solutions Engineer/Architect.
