Job Summary

The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business growth, increase market share, and expand the company's customer base. The candidate will lead the sales team, strengthen dealer and distributor networks, and drive revenue generation across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, architects, and key customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop competitive strategies.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and target achievement.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and provide performance reports to management.
- Coordinate with production, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Manage pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and annual sales budgets.




- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote company products.

- Strong understanding of sales processes, channel sales, and distribution management.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates from Plumbing Products, Pipes & Fittings, CPVC/UPVC Pipes, Sanitary Ware, Building Materials, Construction Materials, Water Management Products, or related manufacturing industries will be preferred.
