Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Lead to manage large-scale digital transformation initiatives within the banking and financial services domain. The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery, managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of digital banking programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex banking transformation projects from planning through implementation.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery milestones.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineering teams, QA teams, and vendors.
- Drive digital journey initiatives across areas such as payments, cards, account servicing, onboarding, and authentication.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, status reporting, steering committee updates, and executive communications.
- Translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans and technical requirements.
- Manage Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog reviews, sprint ceremonies, and release management.
- Identify delivery risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation plans and track resolution.
- Coordinate requirement discussions, solution reviews, testing cycles, and production deployments.
- Ensure alignment between business goals,



customer experience improvements, and technology solutions.
- Support process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Mentor delivery teams and promote best practices for project execution.

Required Skills:

- 8+ years of experience in Project Management / Delivery Management.
- Strong experience managing enterprise-scale transformation programs.
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
- Experience delivering projects related to:

- Digital Banking
- Payments
- Cards
- Customer Journeys
- Account Servicing
- Security / Authentication

- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
- Experience with stakeholder management across global teams.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and complex dependencies.
- Robust communication, documentation, and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with SAFe Agile methodology.
- Banking modernization or legacy system transformation experience.
- Experience managing API integrations and platform implementations.
- Knowledge of payment systems, regulatory changes, and compliance initiatives.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Agile tracking tools.
